A 168,000-square-foot property on Hudson’s Main Street sold for $11 million, according to a press release from Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc., who brokered the sale.
It was bought by a company registered to the location of Framingham-based SVN Parsons Commercial Group, which partnered with AIS Development in purchasing a 100,000-square-foot facility in Leominster for nearly $6 million a month previously.
The Hudson sale closed Oct. 7.
The property is more than 90% leased to tenants including Steve’s Back Road Cafe & Catering, Jet Mail Services, Inc. and fitness center Cressey Performance.
The seller, Wayland native James Gorin, had owned the property since 1983 when he bought it for $1.84 million. It is now assessed at $6,460,900 by the Town of Hudson.
