Celebration of New Life: Twin Boys Mark a Milestone at Cary Medical Center
CARIBOU, Maine – On November 22, 2025, Cary Medical Center celebrated a significant milestone with the birth of twin boys, Hudson Tripp and Ryker Gene, marking the 199th and 200th deliveries of the year. The twins were welcomed into the world by parents Chacity Gendreau and Weston Robinson. Hudson, weighing 7 pounds and 9 ounces, measured 20 inches long, while Ryker followed closely at 7 pounds and 5 ounces, sharing the same length.
The twins were delivered by Dr. Maria Mercedes Sayago, a skilled physician at the facility, who expressed her joy over this special occasion. “Every birth is unique, but welcoming milestone babies adds meaning to our role in the community,” she stated.
Kris Doody, RN and CEO of Cary Medical Center and Pines Health Services, emphasized the importance of the hospital’s relationship with the community: “We are honored whenever a family places their trust in us, and welcoming these milestone babies makes the moment even more special. Our partnership with Pines Health ensures that families receive coordinated and compassionate care from pregnancy through delivery and beyond. It is a privilege to support families across Aroostook County as they grow.”
To commemorate the births of Hudson and Ryker, the Cary Medical Center and Pines Health Services teams presented the family with a basket of gifts. The presentation was made by a team of dedicated nursing staff, including Jennifer Plante, OB nursing manager, alongside several nurses who played significant roles in the care provided to the family.
