ACI Worldwide, a global leader in real-time payments software, has appointed two new independent directors to its Board of Directors. Katrinka McCallum and Juan Benitez bring extensive leadership experience to the company.
McCallum, previously Vice President of Customer and Product Experience at Red Hat, has over two decades of experience in enterprise software. She currently serves on the board of Rimini Street, Inc. and Intrusion, Inc.
Benitez, with over 25 years of experience in engineering and product leadership roles, most recently served as President of GoFundMe. He has also held positions at Braintree Payments, PayPal, and Yahoo!.
Adalio T. Sanchez, chairman of ACI Worldwide, expressed excitement about the new appointments, noting the growth and expertise both McCallum and Benitez will bring to the company.
ACI Worldwide President and CEO Thomas Warsop highlighted the company’s focus on leading-edge technology and expansion of SaaS businesses through the use of Generative AI and machine learning, areas where both new directors have experience.
