The acquisition is aimed at expanding Custom Agronomics’ focus on nutrient use efficiency products and enhancing its portfolio.
With over three decades of experience, BioTek Ag specializes in helping farmers improve and protect crop yields by providing specialized nutrients, nitrogen stabilizers, and other products that enhance soil biology. The company’s products have been instrumental in optimizing the effectiveness of crop inputs and boosting agricultural productivity.
Greg Thompson, chairman of the Custom Agronomics board of directors, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating that BioTek Ag is a trusted provider of private-label solutions that promote sustainability and profitability for farmers. Following the acquisition, BioTek Ag will now operate as part of Custom Agronomics, leveraging the combined expertise and resources of both companies to better serve customers.
