Cohen, previously the general counsel of SoFi Bank, brings expertise in bank regulatory and fintech-related matters. He has advised various clients, including private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and fintech companies, on mergers and acquisitions, anti-money laundering, and governance issues.
Chorazak, who held a partnership at Shearman & Sterling, now A&O Shearman, brings experience in guiding banks and financial institutions on transactional, regulatory, and governance matters.
