Watt Plaza in Century City, owned by Watt Companies, has recently signed a 10-year lease agreement with flexible workspace provider Industrious. The agreement will see Industrious taking over a full floor comprising 19,000 square feet of the North Tower at 1875 Century Park East. The space is set to undergo a complete renovation and is expected to open in the fourth quarter.
Industrious is not new to Watt Plaza, as the company already leases nearly 40,000 square feet spread across two additional floors in the building. The company’s existing location at 1925 Century Park East has been one of its most successful in the U.S.
Kathy McKay, VP of leasing at Watt Plaza, expressed her excitement about the extended partnership with Industrious.
