Finalists Revealed for the 45th AWARD Awards

The finalists for the 45th AWARD Awards, the most prestigious creative awards program in the Asia-Pacific region, have been revealed. The complete list of finalists can be found on the official website.

In the advertising category, VML Australia leads with 15 finalist entries, followed by The Monkeys Australia with 13, DDB Group Australia with 12, DDB Group Aotearoa with 11, and Howatson+Company, Special Australia with 10.

For design, BMF and The Monkeys Australia, part of Accenture Song, have 3 finalist entries each, while R/GA Australia, TBWAHAKUHODO, and The Nine Shanghai have 2 each.

In the craft category, Revolver has 15 finalist entries, followed by FINCH with 14, The Sweetshop with 10, DIVISION with 8, and ARC EDIT with 7.

The finalists in the film & entertainment category include The Monkeys Australia with 8 entries, Special Australia and Howatson+Company with 4 each, and DDB Group Australia and Wolf BKK with 3 each.

In the innovation category, The Monkeys Australia, part of Accenture Song, and VML Australia have 2 entries each, while HERO, Eleven, and TBWAHAKUHODO each have 1 entry.

FCB New Zealand leads in the media category with 4 finalist entries, followed by VML Australia and CHEP Network with 2 entries each.

Special Australia and M&C Saatchi have 6 entries each in the purpose category, followed by Dentsu Creative with 3, and DDB Group Aotearoa, DDB Group Australia, Leo Burnett Australia, and TBWAAustralia with 2 entries each.

The AWARD Awards ceremonies, which will announce Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners, will be held during This Way Up, Australia’s Advertising Festival of Creativity from August 13-15 at Sydney’s Museum of Contemporary Art. The event will celebrate the best creative thinking in Australia and beyond.

The AWARD Awards Special Awards finalists will be announced before the festival, with winners being revealed during the three-day event.

The Chairs for the AWARD Awards juries have also been announced, with industry professionals leading in various categories such as Craft in Motion, Culture, Design, Digital, Film, Impact, Life-Changing, Media Thinking, Press, Poster and The Dark Arts, Sound, and Strategy.
