Meow Wolf is gearing up for a unique event called ‘Gone Fishing’ at the Texas Eclipse Festival, taking place at Reveille Peak Ranch in Burnet, Texas from April 5 to 9. This multi-day experience celebrates the upcoming total solar eclipse and will feature over 300 performers and entertainers, including musicians, scientists, visual artists, yogis, and mindfulness experts.

The 2024 solar eclipse is a rare event, marking the last time we will experience a total solar eclipse for the next 20 years. Meow Wolf, known for hosting festive events, is adding ‘Gone Fishing’ to its lineup of intergalactic entertainment.

During the festival, attendees can enjoy neo-burlesque performances, interact with a psychic catfish, and participate in hands-on activities like cyanotype paper crafting and tarot card readings. Guests can also indulge in food and refreshments from vendors like Celestial Brewing, Niki’s Popcorn, and Hive Bakery.

On April 8, Meow Wolf will host a Solar Eclipse Watch Party at The Real Unreal in Grapevine, Texas, featuring intergalactic activities and treats from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Camping options are available on-site at the Texas Eclipse Festival, along with hotel packages and transportation passes.

Tickets for the Texas Eclipse Festival start at 9 for general admission and can be purchased on their official website. Tickets for the Solar Eclipse Watch Party start at and can be bought on Meow Wolf’s official website.
