According to Sam Masri, global head of Digital for Customer Success at SAP, the digital hubs successfully supported over 22,000 customer engagements last year, primarily through virtual channels. The adoption of various AI tools internally has significantly enhanced customer coverage and accelerated the execution of digital customer engagements.
Masri further emphasizes the organization’s commitment to integrating AI tools across all customer-facing roles within SAP. By automating administrative tasks and freeing up time for strategic activities, SAP aims to enhance customer satisfaction and address evolving business needs effectively.
