Enhancing Your Well-Being Through Mindful Practices at WPI

These drop-in meditation classes are designed to cater to individuals at all experience levels, making them a valuable resource for both novice and seasoned practitioners.

The sessions take place in a welcoming environment, providing a space for participants to unwind, reduce stress, and cultivate a more present mindset.
