The Nouveau Festival Radio France Occitanie Montpellier has been revitalized under the leadership of Michel Orier, with a focus on attracting a younger and more diverse audience through a new program featuring jazz, electronic, and classical music. To enhance the organization of the festival, Radio France has partnered with Secutix, its ticketing partner for over a decade, to manage ticket sales.

With the introduction of a modernized sales site, users can now enjoy an optimized display of the seating plan and benefit from cross-promotional offers between the festival and Radio France. Organizers will also have access to more precise audience targeting through data sales, CRM expertise, and tools sharing.

Denis Bretin, secretary general of the department of music and creation at Radio France, highlighted the festival’s objectives of renewing its programming and audiences, creating synergies with the local offer in Montpellier, and expanding musical perspectives for listeners. The implementation of a new, high-performance ticketing system aligns with the festival’s strategy of openness and innovation.

Secutix has introduced advanced functionalities for the 2024 edition, including B2C online sales, box office sales, subscription sales, seating plan management, access control, reporting and data management, and contact database management. Arnaud Marichez, deputy general secretary in charge of audiences at Radio France, emphasized the growth, operational, and human objectives of the Secutix S-360 tool to continue revenue gains and reach a wider and younger audience.

The 2024 edition of the festival is scheduled to take place from July 8 to July 20.
