The HSBC branch in Harlow is set to close temporarily for a refresh, including internal building work, starting from Thursday 9th May. The branch is expected to reopen on Monday 3rd June, with improvements such as new painting, signage, and state-of-the-art cash machines.
Karen Collier, HSBC UK’s Local Director, expressed the bank’s commitment to enhancing customer experience by investing in their branch network. During the closure, customers can utilize the nearest Post Office for their day-to-day transactions, access mobile and online banking 24/7, or contact the bank’s call center for assistance.
To further support customers, HSBC will be hosting Community Pop-Up Events at WHSmith, Broad Walk, Harlow, CM20 1JD, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 13th May to 24th May. Additionally, customers can visit other branches, with Bishop’s Stortford being the closest alternative.
This temporary closure is part of HSBC’s ongoing efforts to improve services and create a more efficient banking experience for its customers.
