Kizik, the popular “hands-free” footwear brand, is establishing a stronger physical presence with the opening of new stores in two prominent American malls.
The latest addition to Kizik’s retail locations is a 1,645-square-foot store at the Mall of America. This store showcases Kizik’s expanding collection of hands-free footwear, which utilizes over 200 pending and granted patents. This move comes after the success of Kizik’s pop-up store in New York City, which has been extended until Memorial Day.
Designed in collaboration with the renowned design firm MG2, Kizik’s new store at the Mall of America focuses on providing customers with an immersive in-store experience. The key design principle is to encourage customers to try on shoes early in their shopping journey.
The store entrance serves as a brand portal, featuring a distinctive Kizik blue footprint to attract customers. The interior design incorporates a variety of materials, including perforated metals, concrete, and textured paints, along with LED neon lights and vibrant blue accents. MG2 has designed the store with elevated and versatile displays that convey a sense of movement, inviting visitors to explore and discover the brand’s innovative footwear offerings.
