A major auto mall and other commercial ventures are in the works at Signal Butte Road and State Route 24 in Mesa. Diversified Partners, the developers behind the project, are expecting final approval from the town soon. Alongside auto dealerships, the development will also include 550 new multifamily units and retail spaces.

EPS Group Inc. is serving as the civil engineer, while ALBA is handling the planning and landscape architecture for the project. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approved a zoning change for the site last July, which was proposed as Berge Auto Mall. Berge Auto Group, known for having seven dealerships in Arizona, is behind the project.

Diversified Partners, according to their website, offers a wide range of commercial and residential real estate services for tenants, property owners, investors, and developers. With the project set to bring new life to the area, the community is eagerly awaiting the final green light from the town for the development to proceed.
